Balsam Hill Christmas Tree's return not so merry


Your return policy is unheard of in today's competitive consumer oriented market. If the tree is not returned before 12-25, it is no longer returnable ? Are you not able to find a alternate method of determining who might be attempting to return a used tree rather than implement a " no return " policy across the board and sacrifice customer retention ? You do not even offer a credit on a future purchase ? Did you ever consider that perhaps you promoted a product that did not live up to its promises and needed to be returned regardless of your celebrity endorsements ? The disappointment in your quality already set the standard and now your return policy and sealed my negative opinion on your company.
