Balsam Hill are a scam company, they've taken my money and delivered the wrong tree and no answer from customer service. - BH Fraser Fir Candlelit LED Tree
My husband posted a review only yesterday on another well know review site - regarding the lack of communication, late delivery and no response form customer service. After spending literally hours on the phone on hold and sending at least 5 emails we have had no response. The customer service call centre had promised me on two occasions yesterday that someone from the management team will call me and they never did.
Soon after the review went live there were 27 positive posts submitted within the space of 12 hours. Pushing all the negative reviews to the bottom. All the positive posts that have been submitted are from users who have only ever posted one review and are all based in the United States (where this company is based). Not only are they stealing people%u2019s money and not delivering correct items, they are posting fraudulent reviews. SHAME ON YOU TP for allowing 27 five star posts to be consecutively submitted in the space of 12 hours. I researched other websites on TP that have a high amount of sales and this has never been seen before. I could not find another company that has had so many positive reviews listed in the space of 12 hours. You should base your opinion on this company based on their social media accounts and not on spam positive posts! I%u2019m taking this matter further and I%u2019m in the process of contacting UK Trading Standards, a television show that reports on problematic experiences with traders and a national newspaper. I%u2019m also asking the celebrities who endorse their website to consider their association with such a scam company.
It%u2019s not only me who has been conned out of a large amount of money just before Christmas. They have genuinely upset us as a family and left a 2 year old without a tree. Please do a simple internet search before handing over any money to this company.
